Eleonora Gomes é natural de Curitiba/PR, onde vive e trabalha. Na sua pesquisa, a pintura é a linguagem onde a maioria dos trabalhos se apoiam. Os trabalhos ultrapassam os limites da tela e possuem indispensável relação com o espaço. A performance é outra linguagem recorrente na sua trajetória artística pelo interesse no fazer, na ação, no acontecimento, no ritual. Participa a 7 anos de um atelier coletivo de arte em Curitiba, PF art que juntamente com seus integrantes desenvolve uma pesquisa em performance. É bacharel em Pintura pela Escola de Música e Belas Artes do Paraná (2012) e pós graduação em Poéticas Visuais – EMBAP/Unespar (2014). Participa do Grupo de acompanhamento de pintura com Regina Parra e Rodolpho Parigi (2020), workshop em performance com artista americana Marilyn Arsem pela Bienal de Curitiba (2019), realiza no Instituto Tomie Otake acompanhamento com Paulo Pasta (2018). Participa do Núcleo de Artes Visuais SESI sob orientação de Ricardo Basbaum (2017). As residências foram Kaaysa em Boicucanga/SP com Agnaldo Farias em 2022, da Fundação Bienal de Arte de Vila Nova de Cerveira/ Portugal em 2016 e da residência Em vivo y diferido em Anolaima/Colômbia em 2015.

Eleonora Gomes was born in Curitiba, Paraná, where she lives and works. In her research, painting is the language where the majority of her works find support. The works go beyond the limits of the canvas and they have an indispensable relationship with space. Performance is another recurrent language in her artistic trajectory due to her interest in doing, in action, in happening, in ritual. For 7 years, she has participated in PF Art, a collective atelier in Curitiba, whose members develop research in performance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Painting (2012) and a postgraduate degree in Visual Poetics from the School of Music and Fine Arts of the State University of Paraná (2014). She has participated in the Painting Mentoring Group with Regina Parra and Rodolpho Parigi (2020) and a performance workshop with the artist Marilyn Arsem at the Curitiba Biennial (2019). She has done mentoring with Paulo Pasta at the Instituto Tomie Otake (2018) and participated in the Núcleo de Artes Visuais SESI under the guidance of Ricardo Basbaum (2017).
